Details:
❤ 6 x Hazelnuts in shell – a great boredom breaker a tasty treat! They are rich in unsaturated fats, minerals and vitamins and a good source of protein and fibre. You may want to crack them slightly before giving them to your pet. Not to be given too often as although they are loved by most rodents and have many benefits, they are a fatty food so, like most treats, just give in moderation. If leaving the shells intact, it should last a while anyway!
 
❤ 6 x Monkey nuts - a favourite treat and loved by most! This yummy snack doubles up as a fantastic boredom breaker. Peanuts, like all seeds and nuts are high in fat, so feed sparingly.
 
❤ 20g Sunflower seeds - striped sunflower seeds are lower in fat than black sunflower seeds and chewing the shells open provides enrichment and teeth maintenance. Sunflower seeds provide good source of necessary fats and vitamins, are loved by most rodents and make up part of an ideal balanced hamster diet when provided in moderation.
 
❤ 20g pumpkin seeds – raw pumpkin seeds with no added ingredients. A great source of fibre, protein and essential fatty acids and minerals. Feed a couple at a time and not too often as all seeds and nuts contain fats.
