Delivery Information

Processing Times and Delivery:

Our estimated processing times (not including delivery timescales) for the majority of orders will be 2-5 working days unless stated otherwise. If a custom requirement has been agreed, or an especially large order has been placed then this time scale could be longer.

We deliver to mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland), offering 2 types of delivery service:-

1. Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Approximately 2 - 4  business days - £2.99

2. Upgrade using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Approximately 1-2 business days - £4.50

​

Excluded postcodes: We currently still deliver to the following postcodes, but please be aware, Royal Mail have changed their delivery service, effective from 11th Aug 2025, and they no longer adhere to the 24/48 hour delivery. Unfortunately this is out of our hands: AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, HS, IV.

We no longer deliver to the following postcodes due to customs restrictions:  BT, GY, IM, JE.

Note: Delivery times are an estimate and are in no way guaranteed. Little Pad's Stash does not take responsibility for items delayed by any postal service. Please see 'Where's my order' section below.

Cancellations and Returns: 

If you have made an error whilst placing an order, you can cancel your order before it has been despatched. It is the customers responsibility to contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If the order has not been despatched, your order will be cancelled and you will be entitled to a full refund. If the order has already been despatched you will not be able to cancel. You have the right to cancel / return items for any reason as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the items and you must return within 30 days at your own cost. It is recommended that items are packed carefully, and are returned via fully tracked or recorded delivery as refunds can only be made once the items has been returned in its original condition. In order to make a return, you must contact us in the first instance by email: littlepadsstash@outlook.com . Once items have been inspected and accepted, you will receive a full refund including original outbound delivery costs.

You will not have any right to cancel or return perishable items such as food, any personalised products or custom items that cannot be resold due to customers own specifications and products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

If your item arrived damaged, please email: littlepadsstash@outlook.com with photos and details at your earliest convenience so that we can fix any problems. You must do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not permitted on any download services.

Where's my order?

If your order is late, please be patient. Our turnaround timescales are estimates only and are never guaranteed. Certain times of the year such as Christmas are particularly busy and postal delays are common. Orders can be considered lost 10 working days (Mon-Fri) after the original expected delivery date. Whilst we fully sympathise and are equally frustrated with delayed deliveries, it is out of our control until this time has passed. Please contact us in the first instance by email: littlepadsstash@outlook.com and we will look into it for you. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by postal and delivery services but we will assist you if an item is lost or damaged.

If your tracking is showing as 'delivered' but you haven't received it, please check with all other members of your household and with neighbours before contacting us.
